2) 確認訂單

我司會以電郵回覆客人, 確認訂單資料無誤. 包括金額, 運費(如有)及送貨日期時

（送貨日期必須等所有款項付清才能安排,通常在2-4個工作天安排，請明白。如部份貨品暫時沒有貨，客人可選擇等或是可不要的，這不另收費）

5) 訂單

A) 客人必須與我司確認訂單才付款, 如未經確認但已付款而最後要求申請取消訂單,

將會有HK$１００手續費收取.

B) 客人請回覆訂單內容並確認內容正確, 如在送貨日並沒還沒有確認, 我司只會

按訂單內容送貨. 如要求再次送貨, 將會有HK$１００手續費收取.

送貨需知:

1) 訂購港幣$480或以上 – 免費送貨 (離島, 馬灣及愉景灣除外)

2) 訂購港幣$480以下 – 須收取$50 (離島, 馬灣及愉景灣除外)

3) 訂購港幣$480以下 – 可到火炭自取(請先提前預約時間) / 或幫客人寄出(客人需自付郵費)

4) 訂購港幣$480以下, 客人可選擇順豐到付

請注意：

D）所有村屋只會送到村口，客人請到村口自取。請見諒。

E）如客人在送貨當日臨時取消又或是沒有接電話，而又需要再作重新安排送貨我司將會收取HK $100手續費。

F）如客人親自門市自取又或是我司送貨，請客人當面檢查貨品。貨品出門後不作更換或退貨.(如自取,請先預約)

G)   如需送貨特別地區，會員可電郵 info@happybabestore.com 或於辦公時間內致電（852）9688-3455 給我們，我們定當盡力協助。

H) 當八號或以上之颱風訊號懸掛或紅/黑色暴雨警告生效時，送貨服務將另作安排。

2) Order Confirmation

We will reply you shortly to confirm the order details, including the order items, amount, delivery fee (if any) and delivery date (delivery date can only be confirmed once the payment done and confirmed, usually will deliver the goods in about 2-4 working days after payment made. In case some selected items are out of stock at the moment, customer can choose to wait or cancel without handling fee).

5) Invoice

A) Customers have to make the payment with us after the order details confirmed. If customers made the payment before confirmation and request for cancel on this order. A handling fee of HK$100 will be charged.

B) Customers need to ensure all the details of the invoice are correct. If we don't have your reply until the date of delivery. We will send the items according to the invoice and a handling fee of HK$100 and extra delivery fee will be charged in case of second time of delivery request.

Delivery Information

1) Free delivery for purchase of HK$480 or above (excluding Outlying Islands, Ma Wan & Discovery Bay )

3) For any purchase below HK$480, customer can come to pick up at our shop in Fo Tan (Please arrange in advance) / or we can arrange mailing to customer (customer need to bear the mailing fee)

Please Note :

A) Due to the delivery time is very rush and the items maybe heavy, all residential areas and office buildings must have at least 30 mins free parking for us to deliver the goods

B) We will contact customers in advance by phone before delivery on the delivery date and time

C) For all delivery address without elevators, customers need to pick up at G/F

D) For the delivey address at Sai Kung / Kam Tin/ Tai Mei Tuk etc those villages, customers need to pick up at the gateway of the village

E) In case there's nobody pick up the phone or cancel the delivery on the scheduled delivery date, there's a HK$100 handling fee for re-arrangement

F) Customer can come to pick up the goods at our shop, and customers are requested to check when delivery or pick up at our shop. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchased

G) If customer request to delivery any special districts, please feel free to contact us at info@happybabestore.com or call us at 9688-3455.

H) When hoisting typhoon signal 8 or above, or in Black or Red rain singal is hoisted, we will re-arrange the delivery
